Circle your calendars for the evening of Friday June 22, during which the Lakeshore Chinooks of the Northwoods League are scheduled to host the Madison Mallards as part of Saukville Youth Baseball Night at Kapco Field located at Concordia University in Mequon. The Northwoods League is a summer baseball league featuring teams comprised of some of the top college players in the nation. Village of Saukville Partnership with YMCA to support Saukville Youth Baseball
Due to organizational changes within the Village of Saukville, we are pleased to announce a partnership with the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee (the Y) to provide program administration support for the Saukville Youth Baseball program.
The Y’s involvement will include processing program registrations and assisting in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure practices and games will proceed as usual. Parents, kids, residents and the greater community can continue to enjoy all that these leagues have to offer knowing the program is supported by a leading nonprofit that is committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Village of Saukville looks forward to working together with the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee to ensure the continued success of our youth baseball programs, which help players build self-confidence, and instills the value of teamwork and sportsmanship.
