About The Team..........
SAST currently runs three training groups:
Seasonal Developmental Group, high School Cyclones and the Age Group Cyclones.
In the Developmental program, swimmers age 5-12 are
required to be able to swim one lap of the pool( 25 yards), this group is pre-competitive program which emphasizes stroke instruction and learning the basic skills needed in order to become a competitive swimmer. Meets on a seasonal basis.
Cost $54.00 annual registration with Florida Swimming
$80.00 for the six week session
The Age Group Cyclones are a year round Program, Swimmers 8-14 must be able to swim at least 25 yards in of 3 of the 4 competitive strokes in a recognizable fashion This group is competitive program that emphasizes stroke technique, training, and dedication in order to develop quality competitive swimmers. Swimmers in this group train on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday from 4:30 pm- 6:00 pm. Hours of training are subject to change.

$60.00 per monthy
The Final Group is The High School/Senior Cyclones. This group is for swimmers ages 13-18 who want to continue swimming beyond the FHSAA High School swim season. Swimmers in this group train on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday from 4:30 pm- 6:00 pm. Hours of training are subject to change.
