Welcome To Lasers/Eagles Fastball!!! 

This is fastball at its finest! 

Zone 3 Fastball is responsible for zone players (Squirt, Peewee and Bantam) as well as community players (Blastball, Rookie ball and Mites) from the following neighborhoods:

Silverwood Heights, Lawson Heights, River Heights, Richmond Heights, North Park, City Park, Central Industrial, Central Business, Casweell, Confederation Park, Hamptons, Dudonald, Massey Place, Mayfair, McNab Park, Mount Royal, Hudson Bay Park, Westmount and Westview.

 

 

Saskatoon Minor Softball Fun Night!

Where - Bob Van Impe Stadium

Free hot dogs and drinks start at 5:30 followed by give aways, draws and some great ball games starting at 6:45.  Did we mention its free?!  Don't miss it, this day is always a fun filled event!

 

World Softball Championships 2015!                                 

The Saskatoon Amateur Softball Association is hosting the 2015 ISF Men’s World Softball Championship in Saskatoon.  One of the events is the IDP Skills for Kids Softball Program that provides opportunities for young softball players to attend a skills clinic and also to joing in and watch Team Canada play in the World Championship.  Please go to the "form" section for additional information on clinic times and registration details.   http://www.eteamz.com/saskatoonzone3fastball/news/index.cfm?cat=818923 

 

Zone Updates:                                            

1) For Blastball, Rookie Ball and Mite Ball coaches will be selected in mid April and parents then contacted towards the end of April.  At this time you will recieve information on who is your coach and recieve your ball schedule for the next couple of months.

2) Check the "tournament" section for local and upcoming tournaments

3) The zone is always looking for new members to join the executive.  If you would like a say in the future direction of the zone, please contact any of the executive for additional information

 

 

Coach/Athlete Mentorship Program:                              

Softball Saskatchewan has implemented a coach/athlete mentor program focused on boys and girls aged six to twelve. This program follows the FUNdamental and Learning to Train stage of the Softball Canada Long Term Player Development (LTPD) model. This program is be provided free of charge and is available to any minor softball Association in the province. Softball Saskatchewan will provide a trained mentor to come and work on diamond with local teams.  The program will run for the months of April, May and June in 2014, 2015 and 2016.  For more information on the program please go to the softball saskatchewan site
