TAMPA STARS AND STRIPES - ED RADICE

Not such a great Saturday for our group this tourney, but they came back and played an incredible game on Sunday morning.  We just have to remember that you don't have to win to have played a good game.

Congrats to our MVP this weekend - Jamie (2B)

Our Heaters were WILD at the Spooktacular

Dorie Memorial Tourney
DorieTeam

What a success.  Lots of steps forward for our players.  A total of 7 runs allowed in 4 games is an amazing accomplishment.  Very good defense.  Congratulations to all of our girls.  We still need work to start winning tourneys, but we are making steps in the right direction.  And with all this wonderful progress, we were able to make a little money while hosting this tourney.  Thanks to all of our families that went above and beyond our "scheduled" duties.  It was noticed and appreciated.  Congratulations again.

Our first scrimmage against the Venice Vipers was a wonderful showing. The girls played together very well. We are very proud of our girls, and you should all be too. Thank you so much to everyone that brought a side dish for the post game picnic. I think everyone enjoyed the meal.

We're getting bigger and bigger. Now with a team in the 8's, 10's (2 teams), and 18's (2 teams), the red, white and blue are taking over. Visit the 18's website and send a big thank you to Mark and Dawn for making all this possible. Good luck in your upcoming season, I know it will be fun to watch. Thank you again for everything, without you we'd still be floundering.

5th place - what a great job - I don't think many people realized that we've only been together for 10 months, which says a lot about our team!!! We've come a long way in a short time and it really showed. I hope everyone enjoyed thier week. Our family was able to have a nice balance between softball and family fun, I hope yours did too.

10&U teams watch out because the Heat is on and we're coming to you soon

Enjoy your time off and we'll see you in September

USSSA - States - 3rd in the State
An excellent tournament no matter how you look at it. Seven (7) games in two (2) days - the girls played incredibly well and each and every one of them had at least one WOW moment - either a hit that was unexpected or a catch, or a dive. Great job girls and parents. World's are only 2 weeks away - amazing - We can't wait - Everybody needs to get geared up and have some fun!!!!!

We're not in Kansas anymore
Team-Oz

What an excellent starter for our opening 10s tourney.  Everyone played hard and showed Heat hustle.  Outstanding showing from all of our heaters!!!

The judges for the costumes were obviously blind - I mean Tony doesn't dress up as Dorothy everyday!!! Congratulations to everyone.  We are proud of you!!!!
