San Marin Youth Football and Cheer: 2009 Registration

Please note that there are no try-outs or cuts in San Marin Youth Football and Cheer. Each football team accepts 35 players on a first come first serve basis.

If you would like to register your child for our program please print and complete the registration forms below and submit to our Registrar, Cathi Di Yorio, along with your registration fee:

*If your child is a new participant please also mail an official copy of their birth certificate. All participants must submit a copy (front/back) of their current insurance card.

Registration Fees:
Football - $300 per player
Cheer - $200 per cheerleader, $75 for Mitey Mite Level Cheerleaders
