Babe Ruth is requiring that all coaches be certified for 2010. The course is online and costs $19.95. It takes 2 or 3 hours but you can work on it and come back as many times as you want. It is a good course and will help you teach the game better & make it more fun. Our children are worth the investment. They look up to you as their leader so act like one. The certification is for life, so you only have to take it once. For those who say " I won't pay to coach", the Association pays more than $20 for your shirt & hat.
