San Diego Breakers & Velocity Sports Performance
The San Diego Breakers are proud to announce that they have teamed up with Velocity Sports Performance to give our players the best in sports training and the prevention of injuries. Each team in the Breakers Softball Club will workout at Velocity Sports Performance once a week to further enhance their softball experience. All sessions will be under the supervision of the professional staff at Velocity Sports Performance. The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons has released reports promoting performance training for injury prevention. Athletes can reduce their risk of ACL and other knee injuries by performing drills that require power, balance, and agility. Velocity's Philosophy

San Diego County Breakers Qualified for 2008 GOLD Nationals!
(link to tournament site) The San Diego County Breakers 18u Gold team went 5-0 in the 2008 So Cal qualifier to earn a trip to the GOLD Nationals to be held August 3-10 at the ASA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City.
