Hello Spartan Cross-Country Team!
Update on  Things Coming Up!

1-XC information meeting at SHS Room 215 at 6 pm Tuesday for runners and interesed parents. Meeting to be run by Marc Medford and Alex Sanders last years assitant coaches
2-Still waiting on news of new XC coach
3- Stay tuned, XC pre-bases phase runs to begin in mid June. More to come!
4. XC camp is being looked at. Email Karen Cook karencook222@gmail.com to get on the list!
5-The season offically begins August 1, 2012!
