SANDERSON BASEBALL October/November Conditioning Dates

We will meet for conditioning workouts at 3:20 behind the gym. Workouts will last until 4:30 each day.
Dress appropriately for the weather and plan to run.

Remember athletes are expected to attend 10 of 12 in order to be eligible for 8-man’s in December, January, and February.
Athletes participating in a fall sport should see Coach Laughlin at the conclusion of their season.
