2012 Player Registration

Sand Creek Little League is now accepting

player registrations for the 2012 season

Registration forms will be sent home with students.  Additional forms are available at school or by clicking on "Handouts" and printing 2012 Registration and 2012 Medical Release.  Please use 1 (one) form for each player registering.  Medical Forms are mandatory for all players.  Completed forms and payment may be turned into school office.

 Registration tables will be set up at parent/teacher conferences with sample uniforms.  Conferences are February 22nd and 23rd.  Please assist us in assuring proper fit of uniform by attending registration.
