Online Registration Dates:          Dec 1^st, 2009 -  Jan 10^th, 2010

Age 9 & Older                    $135  (league age is the player’s age on 4/30/2010)

Age 8  & Under                 $120

After registering online, you must attend one of the scheduled in-person registrations to provide all of the following:

1.       Print a copy of your online registration

2.       Print, sign and fill in a medical release form (link to medical release form is on website)

3.       Provide 3 approved forms of proof of residency (see list of approved  documents on website)

4.       Provide a birth certificate
