Notify the City of Laredo that he is trying to coach youth programs. Doesn’t the city of Laredo check their coaches for the youth programs? If anyone else has a problem with Mr. Neyland I have the Laredo District Attorney looking into Mr. Neyland. Please send your story or commitments to semifootball@yahoo.com

My recommendation is to stay away from this person and anything he has to offer.
