Bring the players BIRTH CERTIFICATE
we will need to see it to verify ages.
Also bring proof of residency.
The registration fee is $60.00
The registration is at the Ponce Mall
Cash or Checks (Checks made Payable to S.A.L.L.) Only. Sorry no Credit or debit cards.
