Saturday, November 28
09' Champion of Champions tournament at Manning Bowl Lynn

Salisbury Flag Football had a team representing from each division.  The tournament had over 25 teams competing to be the best of all the local leagues.

Our 5/6 Dolphins who went undefated in the Salisbury League, kept their winning ways until the championship game where they fell 7-0 to a team from Peabody.  Great performace by the young kids in cold windy weather.

The 7/8 Packers meant some tough competition in their division, Losing 3 games by a combined 9 points.  Their first game only by 2 points, the second game went into overtime and they lost by yards gained by the other team.  They lost their first playoff game by a touchdown.  Tough break for the kids, the Peabody team that beat them by only a touchdown went on to win the championship game.

The 9-11 Titans who also went underfeated finally meant their match by losing in the championship to a very seasoned Pelham New Hampshire team.  Three of the New Hampshire players played last year in the NFL National Championship in Florida last year.

The 12-14 Falcons like the Packers lost by only a couple touchdowns combined in their 3 games.  They were able to compete in all their games but lost in the playoff round.

Than ks for everyone that showed up in the cold windy Manning Stadium.  I hope everyone had fun.
