$60.00 for 2nd child
$40.00 for 3rd child

THIS IS FOR ALL PLAYERS
DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MAILED OR BROUGHT IN ON CERTAIN DAYS.
THE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE THE CHILD CAN PLAY.
COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE, MEDICAL RELEASE AND 3 PROOFS OF RESIDENCY WILL BE REQUIRED.
