Sacramento Swim League: Welcome
Saturday, October 4The Sacramento Swim League is a summer recreational swim league that presently includes seven teams: Arden Manor Piranhas, Del Norte Dolphins, Del Paso Squid Squad, Parkway Dolphins, Rollingwood Rockets, Sacramento Stingrays, and Sutter Lawn Tsunamis.
The League has seen teams come and go over its long history as evidenced by our League Records a few are over thirty years old (founded 1959). Throughout its existence spirit, sportsmanship, leadership and competition have prevailed and matured to a level that would be the envy of many other leagues.
Our mission through the years has always been to promote recreational swimming. Swimming is inherently a competitive sport, the League Board and through the clubs’ coaching staffs remind our all our swimmers that they are all champions and to not forget that our main intent is to enjoy the competitive, uphold sportsmanship, and treasure the memories of being with special friends, both old and new.

The Sacramento Swim League is accepting team applicatons for those considering joining our Summer Recreational swim league. You may download and email the completed application to president@sacramentoswimleague.org. The application is located in our handouts section.
