Let's teach our kids NOT to be afraid of failing.  Let's encourage them to try new things and take 'risks'.  They will not always succeed, but with every failure they are one step closer to doing something truly special.  Michael Jordan did a TV spot for Nike a few years ago that makes this same point.  View the video below with your kids ... some younger kids might need some background on who Michael Jordan is, though (!)

RYB exists to instruct Rochester's kids on the fundamentals of good baseball and teach the value of good character, hard work, goal-setting, sportsmanship and teamwork.  We want them to be their best and love baseball as much as we do!  We welcome every child who wants to play; come join us!
