Most people
do not have problems (until downloading multiple players)
You may have Quicktime set as your default media player... if you need Quicktime
support, go to http://www.info.apple.com/usen/quicktime Link includes downloads
if needed.

If your PC sound seems to be working except for web music and you are using
Internet Explorer try making Windows Media Player your default media player,
follow these steps:
(Note: If you have more than one player, but select Windows Media Player as the
default, other players will not be activated unless you intentionally open them
by clicking on their icons!)
Start> Programs> Accessories> Entertainment> Windows Media
Player>
In Windows Media Player, click Tools (or view if older version), and then click
Options.
On the Formats tab, under Available File Formats, click Select All to select
all of the file formats listed (or you can click to select each individual
check box).
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Windows Media Player is now your default media player for those selected media
file formats.
If that doesn't work try downloading a new player:

If you previously uninstalled a Real One Player and uninstalled it, please read
the comments below from another member...
I had installed the 'Real One Player' on a machine, and then uninstalled it. I
then had the same problem with the music button not appearing. There is a know
bug with the controls missing in Internet Explorer. If you add Real Player, and
then remove it, the control are gone. Read the last line in the Cause section
of the following MS KB Article -->

Hope this helps.
