  Sat 8/17/13 9am - 11am Norman Trzaskoma Invite This will be our first invite of the season at West Forsyth HS. This invite is limited to Forsyth teams. The boys race is at 9:00 and the girls race at 9:40. This will be a good early season test for our team. It is also just a 2 mile race. West Forsyth HS, Clemmons
  Sat 8/24/13 9am - 12pm Providence Invite This will be our first true test of the year as several teams will be coming to this meet. The course is flat and fast at McAlpine Park in Charlotte. Several top teams in North Carolina will be attending this meet. Varsity girls run at 9:00 and the varsity boys run at 9:30. The JV girls run at 10:00 and the JV boys run at 10:30.   Thu 8/29/13 4:30pm - 6pm Pre-Conference Meet Pre-Conference Meet at Beeson Park. This will be a good test to see how our team stacks up with the rest of the conference prior to the conference championships. Beeson Park, Kernersville
  Sat 9/7/13 8am - 12pm Seahawk Inv. Seahawk Invite is at UNCW in Wilmington. Some of the best teams in the state will be at this invite. This will be a fast course to test our runners early in the season. Varsity (runners 1-7) Boys run at 10:00 & girls run at 10:30; JV (runners 8-14) runs at 8:00 or 11:00 (boys) & 8:30 or 11:30 (girls) with the awards ceremony at 12:00. Wilmington
  Sat 9/21/13 9am - 1pm NC Runners Elite XC Invite Cross Country Invite hosted by Bishop McGuinness at Beeson Park in Kernersville. Beeson Park, Kernersville
  Sat 9/28/13 TBA Ocean State Invite This invite is at Goodard Memorial State Park in Warwick, Rhode Island. This invite will showcase some of the best teams in New England from states such as New York, Conn, Mass, Maine, Vermont, Penn, and a team from Ireland is coming. This will be a great test to see how we stack up with the best teams from the Northeast. Providence, Rhode Island
  Sat 10/12/13 9am - 12pm Fresh/Soph Invite This will be the unofficial JV Championships at Beeson Park. There will also be one 5K race too. Beeson Park, Kernersville
  Thu 10/17/13 4:30pm - 6:30pm Conference Championships. Conference Championships @ Beeson Park in Kerversville. Bishop girls are the defending conference champs. Bishop boys are the defending boys conference champs. Top 10 individuals boys & girls receive All-Conference honors. Beeson Park, Kernersville
  Sat 10/26/13 TBA Regional Championships. Mid-West 1A Regional Championships @ Beeson Park in Kernersville. The boys race is at ? with the girls race at ?. The awards ceremony will take place at ?. Bishop McGuinness boys' & girls are the defending Regional Champs. Top 4 finishing teams boys and girls, plus top 5 individuals not on a qualifying team qualify for the State Championships next week.   Sat 11/2/13 10am - 1pm 1A State Championships 1A State Championships @ Beeson Park in Kernersville , boys run at 10:30 and the girls run at 11:30 with awards at 12:00. Bishop McGuinness girls' team are the defending State Champs, while Bishop Mcguinness won the boys title. 16 teams will run with over 120 runners participating. Top 10 individual runners will received All-State honors. Beeson Park, Kernersville
  Sat 11/16/13 TBA Regional Junior Olympics The regional Junior Olympics take place at TBA. This is put on by the USATF. The top 20 in each age group advance to Nationals on Dec. 14th in San Antonio, TX. TBA
  Sat 11/30/13 9am - 12pm SE Footlocker Regional Championships Footlocker regional championships will be held at McAlpine Park in Charlotte. The top 8 in the seeded race qualify to Nationals in San Diego. McAlpine Park, Charlotte
  Sat 12/14/13 TBA Junior Olympic National Championships These are the Junior Olympic National Championships which is put on by the USATF or the United States Association of Track & Field. Only the top 20 from each age group from 15 regional locations across the United States advance. The Nationals rotate each year to a new location and this year it is in San Antonio, TX. This a prestigious meet with only the elite qualifying. The competition will be tough as the best runners America run from age 8 through 18. San Antonio, Texas
