Who Are We?..........
The Running rebels Basketball Program has been around since 1980. The program is kept alive by a group of dedicated volunteers, with the intentions of offering our male student athletes the necessary social and leadership skills necessary to make it in life. This is accomplished today as it was in the past through the vehicle of basketball. Most of the volunteers were Running Rebel players as youth, and they benefitted from their participation with the Running Rebels. The basketball program builds Fundamental Training, Team Practice, Competitive Tourament Play, Social Development, Development of Communication Skills, Team G.P.A Reward System and College Connections.

The Team...........
The Running Rebels Teams have always been one of the most talk about teams in the Midwest. They feature young men who are already stepping it up in the classroom as well as on the court. They are ready and capable of adding more positive marks to Running Rebels History.
Interesting Facts:
** Team G.P.A of 3.0
** 2007 Next Level Invitational Defending Champs
** At least 6 athletes played at the Varsity Level in High School as Freshman
** 15U Team consist of 6 of the top 20 in the State of Wisconsin and 5 of the top 20 in the City of Milwaukee for the Class of 2011. ( Big D, Larry, Charlie, E_Cook, Haki & Mitch)
** 14U Team consist of 4 of the top 20 in the City of Milwaukee Class of 2012 (Nathyas, Julius, Kevin,)
** 12U Team
Our Goal is........
To foster an atmosphere that will afford opportunities of personal growth for these young men. Which will make them accountable in every aspect of their life above and beyond basketball. To give them the opportunity to see there is more to life than what they see on a daily basis and to experience a different way of living. To get them through High School to College and to a successful, productive life there after. To instill in them the importance of giving back to their community.
