Russellville City Park is located in the City Park Complex and can be accessed from East B Street. It has a pavilion with restrooms, a play unit for kids ages 5 to 12 and a play unit designed for kids ages 2 to 5, picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts and a walking trail. The Hughes Community Center, Arkansas River Valley Arts
Center, and Parks Department Maintenance facilities are located in City Park.

This city park is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a significant historic site. Three monuments dedicated to the Mothers of the Confederacy are located within the park. This area remains natural and undeveloped.

Russellville's seven field baseball complex is located in Hickey Park, along with the municipal swimming pool and two pavilions with restroom facilities. The home games for the Russellville High School's girls softball team are played at Hickey Park.

Also known as the 4-Plex, Pleasant View Park features four tournament size softball fields, a modern playground, our largest pavilion, and handicapped accessible fishing on Lake Dardanelle. The area also serves as a walking trail for area residents. The Russellville competition water ski facility is located in the west section of Pleasant View. An 18 hole disc golf course has recently opened adjacent to the competition water ski area. The disc golf course has a unique layout with open and wooded holes and is surrounded by water on three sides.

Veterans Park has a lighted American Flag a plaque commemorating the 100th anniversary of the VFW, as well as other markers dedicated to veterans in the park. This park features a large open play area, a playground, basketball court, and a gazebo.

Named for Cephas Washburn, this park is a favorite for family gatherings with its pavilion, modern play equipment, restrooms, picnic areas, and trail head to Bona Dea Trails. A plaque dedicated to Cephas Washburn is located in the park. A memorial for Hospice patients is located at the section of the park overlooking Lake Dardanelle.
Ouita Boat Lanch is across from Washburn Park and provides a launch, dock, and parking for vehicles with boat trailers.
