Proof of Residency for New Players and Players that have Moved
New players and returning players who have moved since last season must provide 3 proofs of residency. Choose NO MORE THAN ONE from any 3 of these categories:
- Utility bills
- Financial Records
- Internet or cable bills
- Government issued photo ID
- Motor Vehicle Records
- Tax Return
- Mortgage or Rental proof
**New players must also provide a copy of their birth certificate**
To submit the required proofs of residency and birth certificate you may:
- Mail in copies to RPLL at PO Box 720181, San Diego, CA 92172. Documents should be postmarked no later than December 31, 2009.
- Scan and email copies to the hotline at rpll.hotline@yahoo.com
- Bring copies to tryouts (even if your age group is not required to tryout) on January 9th and 10th, 2010 at Canyonside Park.
