Hockey Alberta
Royals Gold AAA Bantam Schedule 2005-06 2005 Alberta Cup The Alberta Cup Program begins in March each year with over 1000 fouteen year old players trying out at their respective zone camps. There are eight Alberta Cup zones and each player is attempting to land 1 of 20 spots on each of the eight teams. The eight zone teams will then compete in the Alberta Cup Tournament in April of each year. The 2005 Alberta Cup will be held in Edson from April 21 - 24. The Science of Hockey The Science of Hockey is the first in a series of "Sports Science" resources developed by the Exploratorium. This site takes you inside the game: you'll hear from NHL players and coaches from the San Jose Sharks, as well as leading physicists and chemists. This site is divided into seven main sections which can be accessed individually, although we recommend you start with "The Ice." The control bar below appears on the top of each page. In addition, there is a bottom control panel which allows you to navigate through the site and return to this page. We hope you enjoy the Science of Hockey.
