  2010 LAST REGISTRATION DATE

 Offering one last time to take advantage of

participating in the fundraising

SATURDAY - 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Registration is held at the
Royal Oak Senior Center - 3500 Marais
*T-Ball and Control Pitch are a first come, first serve basis; ROSL recommends families to register
at their earliest convenience.
*Please note that individual league / team size are determined from the registration dates listed above; ROSL recommends families to register at their earliest convenience.
Required Information for ALL Registrations
1) Legal proof of player’s birth date (birth certificate, baptismal record).
2) Proof of Residency:  Driver’s License or Utility bill. 
3) Non-residents attending Royal Oak Schools must provide a report card from the most recent semester completed.
    THIS IS REQUIRED EVERY YEAR. 
4) Player’s medical information (Doctor’s name and office phone number).

Get off the sidelines and get into the game:
Ad-Hoc positions available for interested volunteers wanting to promote Royal Oak Youth Baseball / Softball. Interested parties should forward an email containing an attachment listing background in youth sports along with the area of interest in which you are able to volunteer to ROSLCRAY910@aol.com. After the board of directors reviews the submissions a response will be sent to the sending parties email address.
