| I had a great time running for the Big B and the Assistant P. Worst workouts ever: orchard time trial, stupid road, breakneck Best workouts: 300s, 400s, 800s, and sunday runs in mantua. Virginia meets were the best. Best of Luck Profs, I'll be visiting!! |
