The Rosedale Community Association was founded in 1974 as a place for the neighbors to gather and enjoy family time in a safe atmosphere. This consisted of a family pool including diving boards, separated fenced childrens area with a baby pool, tennis courts, backstop area and a fishing pond. The objective of the founders of this quaint community still lives on today and can be felt by a friendly warm welcome.
