To register to play in Rose City Little League you will need to bring the following forms completed to a registration night (see schedule)
1. Medical Release
2. Regisration Form
3. Proof of Residency (see form for acceptable forms)
4. Players Birth Certificate
5. Registration Fee (see site news)
