Rondout Valley Little League: Sponsorship Forms/Info

RVLL is always looking for sponsors to help offset some of the costs involved in running the league as well as the improvements needed to keep the fields in good shape. If you own your own business, store front or not, or if you work for someone who'd be willing to help (in the area or not) please consider the following options for sponsorship. Dear Friend,

 

In the past years RVLL has had many challenges with our fields, but this fall we lost our field to Hurricane Irene.  The AJ Snyder fields have served us well for over 55 years, but our new home on Creek Locks Rd in Rosendale will be the “Field of Dreams”! We are striving to raise the funds to build the new fields, purchase equipment and uniforms for our players.  Each year we have over 200 children come out and play baseball with us.  We want; need to continue to offer this opportunity to the families of our community.

 

Please visit our site for more information on our league and progress the revitalization of our complex. We are very excited to offer you three sponsorship opportunities for the 2013 Season.

 Banners, donate $300, to purchase a banner with your company’s name and logo that will be displayed in our field all season. A professionally made 3x5’ vinyl sign with your color logo and design. You will also have a listing on our website with a link to your website.  Renewal $150 

Team Sponsor of one of our teams. $350 allows your company’s name to be displayed on the back of the shirts of each child on one team. The children will be able to keep the shirts. Players love to show off their shirts and often wear them wherever they go. You will also have a listing on our website with a link to your website.

 

Website, you will have your business listed along with a link to your website on the RVLL Web Site only. This is site is visited continuously throughout the year. The cost of sponsorship is $100.

 However you choose to assist our league, it is greatly appreciated. Donations help to rebuild our fields and purchase new equipment. Additionally, it enables us to hold games on nearly every weeknight and on Saturday mornings. Our All Star and Fall Ball schedules attract spectators from throughout the Hudson Valley. This is great exposure for our supporters.
