Rondout Valley Little League: Board of Directors
Board Meetings: Typically held monthly in the evening. Location changes so please refer to the calendar for times and location. The primary purpose of the monthly meeting is to conduct all business necessary to operate the League. These monthly meetings are open to the membership, however only members of the Board of Directors may make motions and vote.

Eric Oloffson President Email: theoreos@gmail.com Responsible for the conduct of Rondout Valley LL in strict conformity to the policies, principles, rules, and regulations of Little League Baseball. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to Rondout Valley LL. League Secretary Email: rvlittleleague@gmail.com Responsible for recording the activities of the Local League and maintaining appropriate files, mail lists, conduct volunteer background verifications, record minutes from monthly meetings and distribute to board members, and necessary records. Lori Sadow Treasurer Email: lsadow@hvc.rr.com Receives and records all monies and securities; deposits the same in a depository. Makes payments for budgeted disbursements. Prepares annual budget, files yearly IRS forms, submits quarterly NYS Sales Tax forms and annual financial reports for the league board. Mario Restivo Vice President Baseball Email: mo526@aol.com Serves as the contact person for all Majors managers and coaches. Coordinates fields and schedules for teams within their respective divisions. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to Majors. Frank Coddington Minor League Rep Email: fjcjr59@aol.com Serves as the contact person for all Coach Pitch and Kid Pitch managers and coaches. Coordinates fields and schedules for teams within their respective divisions. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to Coach Pitch and Kid Pitch. Vice President Softball Email: rvlittleleague@gamil.com Serves as the contact person for all softball managers and coaches. Coordinates fields practice/game schedules for teams within their respective divisions. Manages tournaments and interlock with District 16 leagues. Directs capital improvement projects. Responsible for field care and maintenance training for RVLL facilities. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to all softball. Conducts the player draft and all other player transactions or selection meetings. Coordinates All-Star teams formation. Is the contact if a parent has a concern about their child playing with our league. David Levine Chief Umpire Email: davidalevine@eaerthlink.net Responsible for ensuring all umpires are properly trained and work together to promote strict conformity to the policies, principles, rules, and regulations of RVLL & Little League Baseball. Coordinates and schedules all league umpiring assignments. Ed Garland Safety Officer Email: pagarland2@gmail.com Responsible for implementing plan for increasing safety of activities, equipment and facilities through education, compliance and reporting. Performs facilitates insurance claims, plans & conducts safety clinics for coaches and league members. Field Operations Email: rvlittleleague@gmail.com Responsible for ensuring proper turf and in-field maintenance of all home baseball fields. Oversees field equipment (i.e. portable fencing, field prep materials, etc.). Prepares and monitors the field maintenance budget. Kiko Romaguera Purchasing Agent Email: krniner@aol.com Responsible for the acquisition of goods (materials, parts, supplies, equipment) required to run the RVLL baseball and softball organization. Serves as the contact person for baseball and softball regarding the disbursement and collection of non-consumable equipment and uniforms. Also manages RVLL web site. Sally Dolan Information Officer Email: allplanowork@aol.com Ensure that Local League news and scores are updated on a regular basis. Maintains the league website and distrubites league news and information to coaches, players and parents. Updates League Bullentin Board and field signs. Contacts local papers regarding upcoming events for RVLL. Disseminates RVLL information to all Elementary Schools in RVLL district. Fundraiser Coordinator Email: rvlittleague@gmail.com Responsible for assisting the league in discovering and executing fund raising activities to both promote RVLL within the community as well as assist in securing additional funding sources for equipment and other league expenses. Concessions Manager Email: Responsible for organizing the concession stand, planning the menued items, purchasing, scheduling volunteer workers, setting up conessions at beginning of season and closing down at end of season.
