Rondout Valley Little League: RVLL Handouts

Rondout Valley Little League is opening a bid for Concession Stand Vendor for 2013 Season at AJ Snyder Field, RT 32 Rosendale, New York. We are seeking Bidders to submit proposals for a concession stand venue for the period of April 1, 2013 thru November 1, 2013. We need a vendor to supply meal and snack items to our players, families and patrons during our scheduled games at reasonable price. A schedule is preset, but there will reschedules due to various reasons. Games are scheduled week nights and weekends during April, May, June, July, August, September and possible in October. You will need to begin service by Saturday, April 13, 2013.
Submissions must be made by March 25, 2013. Please email rvlittleleague@gmail.com to request an application. All bids will be reviewed by RVLL Board and a decision will be made at April Board meeting. Awarded Bidder will be contacted immediately after.

These are the forms needed to register for Rondout Valley little League.

2013 Registration will be Saturdays in February at Marbletown Community Center
February 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd
10:00am - 12:00 pm

You will need to bring 3 current proofs of residency. This must be established and submitted to Little League International each year.
Copy of Child's Birth Certificate.

Little League Age Charts

Each spring we offer Softball and Baseball Clinics for all children.

Baseball Clinic is a 6 hour clinic to ALL ball players. It is two 3 hour sessions on two Saturdays in March. All children ages 6-­-12 to learn the fundamentals of Baseball
in a fun, hands on atmosphere. Some of the
topics to be covered are hitting, fielding,
throwing, catching, base running, and sliding.

Baseball Clinic is scheduled for
March 9th & 16th at Rondout Valley Middle School
Session 1: 9:00 - 11:30 A.M.
Session 2: 12:30 - 3:00 P.M.
COST: $45 per child
includes BOTH days of the clinic and a clinic T-­-Shirt. (to recieve T-shirt, player muyst be registered by February 12th)

Softball Clinic is a 3 hour clinic for ALL girls ages 9­-12 to learn the fundamentals of Softball in a fun, hands on atmosphere. Some of the topics to be covered are hitting, fielding,throwing, catching, base running, and sliding.

Softball Clinic is scheduled for Saturday, March 23rd 9 am - 12 pm at Rondout Valley Middle School   Fee $20

Clinic Registration Form

Team Photos: will be held on opening day.   You will receive an order form and must order and pay for your photos by May 31st. You must choose a pose from the website and email Kathy Cassens (kcassens@hvc.rr.com 845-876-7870) with the pose number by May 31st. If you do not choose a pose will be chosen for you.

This an order form for the team pictures as well as player photos. You will need to go to the website, http://kcassens.smugmug.com/galleries. to choose the photos you would like. The order form is for basic picture packages. Kathy is able to do a variety of things with your photos. There are collage pages, DVDS and much, much more. You may contact her: atkcassens@hvc.rr.com.
