Rome Youth Hockey Association PO Box 861, Rome, New York 13442 501C3 Registered Organization, TIN 23-7199756 Dear Business Owner, Here at Rome Youth Hockey, our mission is to provide our youth with the best possible opportunity to HAVE FUN while playing the sport of Ice Hockey. We take great pride in our role in encouraging skaters to develop their talents and build lifelong values of teamwork, dedication, and strength of mind and body. This would not be possible without the generous support of businesses such as yours in our community. We currently have sponsorship opportunities available at the Bill Fleet Rink at John F. Kennedy Arena. We are offering backer board display signs within our arena at a cost of $500 for the 2011-12 season. This price includes the production and display of your sign, as well as a full page advertisement in the program for each of our five tournaments from November through March. If you would prefer to offer your support through program advertising only, we have several options available, ranging in price from $35-$125. You may also opt to be included in our sponsor listing on our website for an additional $25. Our site is viewed approximately 8,000 to 10,000 times per month. Whatever your preference, your relationship with our organization is appreciated. Simply complete the attached agreement indicating your selections, and remit payment to the RYHA by November 15, 2011. Please be sure to include the information youd like included on your sign and/or in your program advertisement. For signs, a .pdf or Vector art file can be sent via email to grizzliesfundraising@gmail.com. For program ads, clear, reproducible art may be included with your payment.
