Directions to Manny Weldler Fields at Viola Park (Monsey, NY)
Via NY State Thruway:
Take NYS Thruway to exit 14B (Airmont Rd). Take Airmont Rd (heading north) about 1 mile to intersection of College Rd (County Rt. 81). Turn left onto College Rd and go about 1 mile to Viola Rd (traffic light at intersection, just after passing Rockland Community College). Turn right onto Viola Rd and go 0.2 mile to W. Maple Ave. Turn right onto W. Maple Ave and go about 0.3 mile to Manny Weldler Park (Viola Park) entrance on the left. Softball fields and parking are on the right.
Via Rt. 59.
Take Rt. 59 to intersection of College Rd. (near Monsey, NY). Turn right onto College Rd. (County Rt. 81) and go about 1.5 mile to Viola Rd (traffic light at intersection, just after passing Rockland Community College). Turn right onto Viola Rd and go 0.2 mile to W. Maple Ave. Turn right onto W. Maple Ave and go about 0.3 mile to Manny Weldler Park (Viola Park) entrance on the left. Softball fields and parking are on the right.

Camp Scruffy (Airmont, NY)
NYS Thruway to Exit 14B (Airmont Rd.) - Go north on Airmont Rd. about 1 mile to intersection of Spook Rock Rd. (Traffic light). Turm right onto Spook Rock Road, heading south, and go about 2.3 miles (crossing over Rt. 59) to the intersection of Christmas Hill Rd. (aka Smith Hill Road). Note: Christmas Hill Road intersection is about 1 mile after crossing Rt. 59. Turn left onto Christmas Hill Road and go about 100 yards to the camp entrance on the left.

Ramapo Freshman Center (Spring Valley, NY)
NYS Thruway to Exit 14B: at end of ramp head north on Airmont Rd. - This would mean - if you had come from T Z Bridge, Garden State Parkway or Palisades Parkway you would make a right onto Airmont Rd. - If you had come from Rt. 287 or Rt. 17 or Upstate NY you would make a left onto Airmont Rd. Stay on this road until the road comes to a T. At one point Airmont will curve 90 degrees to the right and at a light (you go straight thru) the road changes it name from Airmont to Highview. You proceed straight until Highview ends (Airmont/Highview - you are on this road for about 2 miles). When Highview ends at a T, this will be West Maple Avenue. Make a left onto West Maple Avenue. Proceed to end of W. Maple Avenue (Passing Manny Weldler Park on your right). At T make a right onto Viola Road. Go on Viola Road for about 1.1 miles (passing thru traffic light at Rt. 306, then past Ramapo High School on your left), to Ramapo Freshman Center will be on your right. When you enter Ramapo Freshman center you have to drive in and around the school to your right and park behind school and walk up a big hill to find the field (Field is at top of hill and is not visible from parking lot).

Rockland Community College (Suffern, NY)
NYS Thruway to Exit 14B (Airmont Rd.). At end of exit ramp, go north on Airmont Rd. about 1 mile to College Rd. intersection (traffic light). Turn left onto College Rd., heading north. Go about 1.5 mile to intersection of Viola Rd. (traffic light). Turn left onto Viola Rd and go about one-quarter mile to entrance to back parking lot of RCC. Field is at the far end of the parking lot, adjacent to the RCC fieldhouse.

Suffern HS (Suffern, NY)
NYS Thruway to exit 14B (Airmont Rd.). At end of exit ramp head north on Airmont Rd. Go to the second traffic light, about 100 yards, and turn left onto Montebello Rd. Go about 0.2 mile on Montebello Rd. and make the first right turn onto Mile Rd. Follow Mile Road (heading north) about 0.9 mile to the field on the right. Parking is past the field on the right in the Suffern HS parking lot. There is no parking allowed adjacent to the field (i.e. there is NO PARKING along Mile Rd...if you do, local police will issue tickets)!
