Team Rules

1. No Four year olds will be allowed to wrestle on our team unless the Father is a Coach.

2. NO CHILD ABUSE will be Tolerated.

3. NO VANDALISM to the School will be Tolerated.

4. Keep your hands to yourself.

5. Always listen to your Coaches.

6. Parents are responsible for keeping children off the exercise equipment. The Club will not be liable for accidents nor be responsible for reimbursement to the High School for damage that your kids caused.

7. We encourage parents to participate in the Club, however, if you stay to watch practice, please be considerate of the coaches. Be quiet so as not to distract the wresters. Attention spans of younger wrestlers can be very short.

8. NO PARKING ON THE HILL!!
You must park in the Football/Middle School parking lot.


Practice Room

1. All kids must wear headgear.

2. Everyone must wear Wrestling Shoes.

3. No baggy clothes.

4. Nobody Should wear sweats. (no sweat shirts, sweat pants, stoking hats etc...)

5. Everyone should wear T-shirts and Shorts.

6. No jewelry. (ear rings, watches etc..)

7. No coats, shoes or any apparel at all, in the wrestling room. (put them in the lockers in the hall)

8. Fingernails must be clipped short.

9. If wearing braces, the child should wear a mouth guard.

10. Please take a shower or bath after every practice. This helps keep down skin problems.

11. If your child develops a skin condition, he or she must let John Terrell, Rick Terrell or Clint Lewis know so we can get it taken care of.

12. If you develop a skin condition, You must have permission from John Terrell, Rick Terrell or Clint Lewis, prior to returning to the mat.

13. Please do not bring your child to practice if he or she is ill.


Tournaments
1. Everyone must wear Headgear

2. Everybody must wear our Team Singlett. (furnished by the Club)

3. You must wear shorts over your Singlett at all times when not wrestling in a match. (to protect the Singlett)

4. You should wear Wrestling Shoes.
