   Items Needed To Register;

      1) A copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate;

      2) A recent Photo of the applicant, Shoulder up;

      3) A copy of the applicant's Physical dated after January "2009"

      4) A copy of the applicant's current Report Card showing the final grade for "2009"

  Fees:

       Tackel Football And Cheer squad equilvalant    $110.00 per child

        Flag and Mascot squad   $50.00 per child
