| 2009 Outfield Sign Details |
| Support the Robbinsville Little League by advertising your business on an outfield vinyl sign at Tantum Park for the upcoming 2009 (April through October) season. Contribution rates for 2009 season remain unchanged. Signs offer an exceptional value for regular and post-season play. Teams from around New Jersey and surrounding counties come to our fields to play games during the spring, summer and fall!! It is a great way to get your name out there and to show that you support our kids. | |||

| New signs are manufactured by Sign-A-Rama in East Windsor, NJ (located in CVS and Burlington Coat Factory Shopping Center on Route 130). Signs are 3 ½’ x 3 ½’ square vinyl banner with hem and grommets. Sign artwork requirements are as follows: | |||
| · | White background with up to 4-color graphics that will include about 4 lines of text (e.g., name, defining line, phone number, slogan) and a logo. Logos can be sent in .eps or .ai format. Logos sent in .jpg format may not be as clear. | ||
| · | Full-color corporate logos can be added at an additional fee paid directly to Sign-A-Rama. | ||
| · | Colors and font will be as close as possible to match your layout. | ||
| · | If assistance is required with your layout, please sketch a drawing and provide instructions. | ||
| · | You approve final layout. PROOFS will be supplied for you to sign-off by Sign-A-Rama. | ||

Dear RLL Future Sponsor, The 2009 season is quickly approaching. We are again seeking league season team, outfield sign, tournament team sponsors, and website banner sponsors: League season team sponsorship - company’s name is printed on player’s shirt and you will receive a plaque with team picture. Requests for specific team sponsorships will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Outfield sign sponsorship - company has a 3 ½’ x 3 ½’ vinyl banner with hem and grommets displayed from April through October at Tantum Park. Our 2009 goal is to sell out all three fields. For more information about a new sign, please see Outfield Sign Details attachment. A discount is given for a league team sponsor that advertises with an outfield sign. Tournament team sponsorship - company name is printed on player’s shirt. Tournament teams usually play a minimum of 8 games in two different tournaments against teams from all over Mercer and surrounding counties. As you must have heard, our girls softball teams dominated this year!! Our 9/10 year old girls were the NJ State Champions and our 11/12 year old girls went to the Little League World Series in Portland, Oregon. Each sponsor’s company name and website link are added to RLL website. If website unavailable, then your company’s address and phone number are added to RLL website. Contribution rates are unchanged for 2009 Season. Please complete the Sponsorship Form along with your contribution to the Robbinsville Little League office. Sponsorship payments are due January 3, 2009. Robbinsville Little League is a registered non-profit 501-C organization (FID EO-223-161-961) dedicated to the youth of our community. Contributions made to our league are tax deductible. Participation as a sponsor in RLL is one of the more visible and effective ways to advertise your company and help our children. Your support helps to offset cost of equipment, uniform, and facilities needed to provide a safe, fun environment for our youth ages 5 -16. On behalf of more than 600 children, we thank you for your support and look forward to continuing our relationship during upcoming 2009 season.
