The 2009 Little League Woodbat Tournament will be held July 30 through August 2nd with Robbinsdale Little League again serving as the primary host. Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Kids Cancer fund at Children's Hospital. Last year the tournament raised over $2000 for the charity.
What: 11 and 12 year old all-star teams; Players must be 11 or 12 years old, no 10 year olds please
When: July 30-August 2
Where: Robbinsdale and surrounding communities
Games: Each team is guaranteed 3 games; 16 team tournament with pool play; continuous batting
Entry Fee: $360 per team; 12-man rosters; All 12 players receive a wood bat and a t-shirt
