Rural Manitoba Football League: Welcome

RURAL MANITOBA FOOTBALL LEAGUE

The 2011 season got underway on Friday September 8, 2011 across the Westman area.  Dauphin travelled to Neepewa to take on the Tigers.  While Parkwest travelled up the road to take on the new team, East Parkland.  The final game of the evening was last years runner-ups Virden travelling to Souris to take on the Sabres.

The defending champion Dauphin Clippers opened in style against a young and inexperienced Tiger squad with a 66-00 thrashing.  The Clippers defense smothered the Tigers offense on every possession while their offense moved up and down the field.
