About RJW Overview
  Ridgewood Junior Wrestling (RJW) is open to Ridgewood school kids from 2nd through 8th grade.  The foundation of wrestling is built on fitness, hard work, commitment, building character, and learning the true meaning of sportsmanship.
  We teach the fundamentals of high school/college (folkstyle) style wrestling, and provide competition appropriate for each child's level
