Veterans

Veteran registration emails have been sent.   Please contact the registrar Christine Begeman if you did not receive yours. rjfaregistrar@gmail.com

All Veterans must mail in paperwork and be postmarked by April 17,2013 to maintain veteran status.  Please refer to your veteran registration email for more information. 

VETERANS ALSO MUST ATTEND OPEN REGISTRATION!!!  At that time we will finalize your paperwork (Notary, waivers, parent code of conduct, missing signatures etc.) Hand out fundraiser. Sign up for volunteer time if you haven't done so already.

Please contact rjfavolunteercoordinator@gmail.com with any volunteer questions.  Note you are not completely signed up until your volunteer time is scheduled.

Things Needed to Register

1. Birth Certificate (Must be orginial with raised seal)

2. Insurance Information

3. Drivers License (Proof of Residency)

4.Registration Fees $105 (Cash, Check, money order)

5.Volunteer/Equipment Deposit $100 (Cash, Check or money order)  This check will be held until equipment turn in.  Orginial check or form of payment will be returned once all equipment has been turned in and volunteer time has been satistified. 

For your convience Credit Cards will be accepted for an addtional $3.00 processing fee


Attn Parents: Parking for the practice field is only permitted across from the library in the main lot. There is NO Parking at the dentist lot on Sibley Road due to safety concerns!

2013 RJFA Parent Agreement 

This is one of the documents that you signed at registration, please click the Handouts link for a printable copy to refer to.

All parents/guardians did sign this document as part of the registration process.  It is important to follow this agreement to maintain your privileges as a member of this organization.  The RJFA Board and its agents are responsible for providing a safe environment for all of the children participating in our programs and take this responsibility seriously.  Therefore, any disruption is taken seriously (See pages 15-17 specifically).

Please download, print and re-read this document carefully to be clear on your responsibilities as a positive role model for your child and member of the RJFA.
