It looks like I am the first of the old timers. Our team 1955-56 was one of the first in the city league. Take a look at the Mercury of 1956, page 65. Riverside was still called EAST at that time. I hope the rest of the team can find this site.

Wow! I played baseballl @ Riverside from 1976-1977 and something as cool as this website was beyond our wildest imagination! Glad to see the alma mater is doing well and still playing the game of baseball!

Hey guys, I just wanted to say tough loss to King. I am really gonna miss the players and fans. It is a shame that something so "great" can come to an end after ONE bad decision. Oh well, I guess thats life. Next year is a new season and everone starts with a "clean slate".
