Current and former head baseball coach at Riverside (1991-93), Thomas Meyer, a Northwestern University Alumnus (BA '59 and MA '61), is a member of the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association's Hall of Fame. He served as head baseball coach at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1970-83). Prior to leading the Badgers, Coach Meyer was at the helm of the baseball program at Northern Illinois University (1963-69).
In addition to baseball coaching experiences around the world, Coach Meyer has been a member of many baseball organizations, including co-founder of several, such as the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association. His influence can be felt throughout the state, and the country, where he is held in high regard in the baseball coaching profession.
