Mike,I hope you recall our conversation a while back about getting a referral to a couple 7th grade post players for a league my group has entered on Sat mornings during Nov,Dec,Jan and Feb (14 games and playoffs).Would appreciate the referral.
We will practice Thurs in Glenview from 6:30 to 8:00.
Cost is the price of the league, cost of gym time and the fee of an occasional guest coach (H S or college assitant).

We have a couple nice teams looking for a few more quality teams. We have a team from Indiana coming and a few other good ones. Is your 6th grade team still playing? If so, would you be interested in a game or scrimmage? We're in Bolingbrook, but will travel to you. If not, perhaps you will keep us in mind in the spring and summer. We will have teams for 5th-8th grade.

The Rockford Wildcats are still looking for a few teams to fill the one day Rockford Holiday Classic tournaments to be hosted in Rockford, Illinois. The tournaments will be a 3-game minimum with the opportunity to play up to 4-games. Teams may start play as late as 11:00 A.M. Tournament details and registration forms are available at the teams website, www.rockfordbasketball.org. Forms will be e-mailed, or faxed to any team requesting one. Tournament dates are as follows:
December 19th - 7th grade boys (looking for one 7th grade boys team)
December 27th - 3rd & 4th grade boys (looking for two 3rd or 4th grade boys teams)
December 28th - 6th & 7th grade girls (looking for one 6th & one 7th grade girls team)
December 29th - 8th grade girls (looking for two 8th grade girls teams)
December 30th - 8th grade boys (looking for one 8th grade boys team)
January 2nd - 5th & 6th grade boys (looking for one 5th & one 6th grade boys team)
Registration forms may be faxed or mailed to the fax number or address listed on the registration form. These remaining spots won't be available for long. If you have any questions, please e-mail me, or you can call the club at (815) 332-4988.
We are also looking for two 7th grade girls teams to play in a free round robin on Sunday, January 16th. Let me know if you know of a team that might be interested.

The Park District of Highland Park is hosting for the first time a 5th Grade Girls and 6th Grade Girls divisions in its' 4th Annual Winter Classic Tournament. The tournament takes place the weekend of January 7th-9th. It is a great way to get some extra games in after the holiday break.
We guarantee three games in a pool play format with t-shirts for the 1st and 2nd place teams. The sites for the tournament will be Indian Trail School, Northwood Junior High School, Highland Park High School and Karger Recreation Center. The team fee for the tournament is $250 with no admission charged to all spectators.

Your Raiders look Great! I forwarded your email and website connection to my husband who has been coaching The Willows Academy Jr. High Teams for 2 years. He is always looking for tournaments for the girls or extra games for practice and he is sort of new to the Girls Basketball scene!
The Willows is an all girls school grades 6-12 and is located in Des Plaines. This year there is an 8th Grade team and a 6th-7th Grade team. They play in the Northwest Suburban Catholic School league and they are in two tournaments the Kate Conlon Xmas Tournament in Arlington Heights on Dec. 10-12, and the Super Shoot Out Classic Feb. 12 & 13.
The Raiders will be hosting a grade school league for 5/6 and 7/8th graders on Sundays in August and an incoming freshman league on Saturdays.
