Welcome to the official site of the Chicago River Bandits Baseball Club. Chicagoland's Premier Adult Amateur Baseball Team. Winners of the 2008 MSL Central League Championship, 2006 MSL National League Championship, 2004 MSL Federal League Championship, 2002 MSL American League Championship, 2002 Central League Championship & 2002 Chicago NABA Championship. Bandits Wear Special Jerseys For Mother's Day

The Chicago River Bandits wore special jerseys for Mother's Day. The jerseys featured a pink River Bandits logo and script on front of the jerseys. The left sleeve will feature the word MOM. The numbers will also be pink on white.
The jerseys cost $20 and the Bandits will donate $5 per jersey sold in the name of the Janice Wieda Chicago River Bandits Foundation to the Y-Me Organization. Janice Wieda is the mother of Bandits pitcher Mike Wieda who unfortunately is no longer with us.
If you would like to support the River Bandits, extra jerseys will be available. The Bandits hope to raise $200 for the Y-Me Organization.

If your interested in joining the River Bandits we are currently looking for players for the 2012 season. The Bandits feature three teams with different playing levels.
The River Bandits have two teams in the Midwest Suburban League, High-Aluminum & Wood Divisions. Each team plays in separate divisions, with a separate 15-18 man roster. The league starts games in April and goes through September, strictly weekend games.
Current and former college players, along with ex-Minor League players would be interested in the Skyscraper River Bandits . Play 30 games from late May through early August. Wood Bat only. Looking for all positions.

The Chicago River Bandits continue their Minor League Game Series for the 2012 season. This year the AAA River Bandits will play the Devils, Scorpions & Demons. While the AA Bandits will take on the Tigers, Weasels & Rhinos. Dates are to be announced with June 9, June 23 & August 12.
This marks the eighth season the River Bandits have played regular season games at Minor League Stadiums. The Bandits have played at Crestwood (Windy City Thunderbolts), Rockford (Riverhawks), Gary (Railcats), Joliet (Slammers), Schaumburg (Boomers) and Kane County (Cougars) over the years.
