Inland Valley League Meet #1

Hosted by Riverside Poly at Andulka Park, the newly configured Inland Valley League got things rolling for 2012.  The seven team league welcomes in Riverside Poly and JW North.   Valley View's Emilio Nunez continues to roll here in September with an outstanding 15:24 clocking over one of the best juniors in the county, Hector Hernandez of Canyon Springs.  After three scorers, Valley View held a 15-25 advantage, but the depth of Riverside Poly proved to be the difference as they placed all seven runners in front of Valley View's #4.

On the girls' side, Vista del Lago backed up their impressive performance at the Woodbridge Classic with an outstanding 24 point spread over 2nd place Riverside Poly.    In placing five in the top eight, VDL sophomore Joe Ngula really impressed with an 18:58 victory to pace her squad.
