In a huge surprise here, Hemet's boys got the best a of very good Paloma Valley squad by a narrow 34-36 margin!  The battle came down to the 5th runner with Hemet's freshman Chad Dotinga finishing 12th and closing out the victory.

On the girls' side, we also witnessed a slight upset.  Paloma Valley's girls saw their #7 finish in front of Hemet's #4 to record a 36-47 victory.   PV's girls packed up within a 13 second gap between their #2 and #5!  Held at Diamond Lake in Hemet and sharing the venue with the Southwestern League Finals, it will be cool to compare team times and individual results.
