Nice night for the girls as our finger tips are feeling the sting of entering '(Great Oak)' so many times!  But, Vista Murrieta is THE real deal as even without an healing Erika Reddish, they impressed!  Also, Murrieta Valley ran to a very strong team effort in the Rated Race.  Great Oak lived up to their #2 CIF ranking with a 3rd place performance in the Girls' Sweepstakes Race.  And, almost overlooked by many - Great Oak's 'B' squad took 2nd place in the rated race, ahead of MV.  Wow!   Mock Scoring Below (odd with some a huge gap between the eight teams)

For the boys, Corona ran to the fastest team time for the county schools.  Meanwhile, we once heard a rumor that Vista Murrieta graduated most of their team and this would be a rebuilding year?  Well,,,not so!  They have reloaded and we're anticipating an incredible battle in the Southwestern League with a very much improved Great Oak squad and their eye-popping 11 second team time gap!  We will see how close these three squads are after compiling our mock scoring.  Some nice improvement present for Indio, Vista del Lago and Riverside Poly!
