2012 Regular Registration Fees:

   Single T-ball $120.00

Max. fee per household $ 260.00

EXAMPLES:

Total 1 t-ball and 1 regular player = $230.00

Total 2 regular players = $ 240.00

Prices include raffle tickets.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BRING THEIR ORIGINAL STATE ISSUED BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND 3 PROOFS OF RESIDENCY DATED BEFORE 2/1/2012 TO REGISTRATION.  THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR BOTH NEW AND RETURNING PLAYERS AND CANNOT BE WAIVED. ACCEPTABLE PROOFS OF RESIDENCY: valid driver's license, voter registration card, school records, utility bills (use only 1 of these), financial records, medical records, military records, internet/cable/satellite bills, insurance documents, vehicle registration records, welfare/child care records, federal records, state records, homeowner/tenant records, local municipal records, support payment records, employment records. ONLY 1 PER CATEGORY CAN BE ACCEPTED.

Try-outs (9-12yr olds, Baseball & Softball) will be held on 2/12/12 @ Rising Sun Middle School.  (snow date:  2/26/12 @ RSMS)

               4/13/12  12pm-?

Opening Day Ceremony and Parade will be held on April 14, 2012
