Upon graduation she attended Slippery Rock University on an athletic scholarship to play Lacrosse and to pursue studies in Physical Therapy. She later attended Temple University, was married and began to raise a family. She has two children who are both actively involved in sports and the community. Having children in sports has given her a new appreciation of the importance of youth sports and in the developmental growth responsibilities taken on by coaches.  Lisa has been coaching Field Hockey and Lacrosse at the youth level for the past 7 years, for ages ranging from Kindergarten to Middle School.  She feels that coaching is a privilege whose success is not just measured by wins or losses, but in the young adults the players grow up to be. Life skills such as respect, hard work, fundamentals, teamwork, preparedness, and pride are a core part of Lisa’s coaching style.
