Keith Bleyer was hired to launch the Ridgeview High School Boys Soccer program in the spring of 2012. He has been involved with the sport of soccer as a player, coach and broadcaster for nearly four decades.  He has served as a Director of Coaching for two Oregon competitive youth clubs and in addition to his post at Ridgeview, he is currently a head coach for a Timbers/Thorns ODP (Olympic Development Program) state team. He holds a US Soccer National 'A' Coaching License, the highest certification granted by the USSF.  Bleyer was an accomplished soccer player while growing up in the Seattle area. He was member of the Under 16 US Youth National Team in the mid-eighties and was named one of the nation's 'Top 50' prep recruits by Soccer America magazine. Bleyer played NCAA Division 1 soccer at Santa Clara University under 1998 USA World Cup coach Steve Sampson.

He joined the Portland Timbers as the club's radio play-by-play announcer during the 2012 season and has also been part of Timbers television broadcasts over the last two years. Bleyer worked the 2011 Major League Soccer season as a touchline reporter for nationally televised ‘Soccer Night in America’ telecasts on the Fox Soccer Channel. He has been involved in MLS broadcasts since the late nineties, beginning with radio play-by-play duties for the Colorado Rapids. At that time Bleyer was also working for Fox Sports in Denver, CO as the pre-game show host for Colorado Rockies (Major League Baseball) television broadcasts. He also called various college soccer matches for FSN Rocky Mountain and was the weeknight anchor for the daily ‘Rocky Mountain Sports Report.’

Bleyer moved back to his native Pacific Northwest to further his soccer coaching career, which began in 1998.  Bleyer began his sports broadcasting career with jobs at local television stations in Plattsburgh, New York, Wausau, Wisconsin and Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Keith has been married to his wife Kelly since 1996 and the couple has eleven-year-old twins, Lauren and Evan. They live in Bend.

Chris Smith is widely considered as the top goalkeeping coach in Central Oregon.  He holds a US Soccer National 'B' Coaching License as well as a NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.  Smith has coached goalkeepers of all levels for many years, from high school and college players (in Oregon and Oklahoma) to youth goalkeepers for the Bend (OR) FC Timbers and the Portland Timbers/Thorns Olympic Development Program.  He is also a head coach of club teams for the Bend FC Timbers.

His distinguished playing career began in Oklahoma where we was a member of the ODP State Team and then a NAIA All-American for Oklahoma Christian University. Smith went on to play for the University of Jacksonville (FL) and then played professionally in both indoor and outdoor soccer, including a stint with the A League Portland (OR) Timbers.

Chris lives in Bend with his wife Kimberly and their two sons, Finley and Tennison.

Lance Brant has been coaching youth soccer in Central Oregon for over a decade including leading a Redmond team for four years in the Gold Division of the Kidsports league.  Brant was on the first ever Redmond High School soccer team after moving from West Linn and was named the co-Most Valuable Player of the league in 1987.  He and his wife have two boys who are both Ridgeview HS students, Billy and Joey.  Brant is a CPA and is heavily involved in the Ravens Booster club.

Kim has been coaching soccer in Central Oregon for 7 years and currently leads a competitive yout team called the Blackout.  That side won the 2012 Kohl's American Cup and was a finalist in the 2013 Bend Premier Cup.  Kim has also coached basketball and semi-pro football.  He grew up in Southern California and was a multi-sport athlete at Rowland High School, where he was an all-state tight end.  Kim is a graduate of Samra University of Oriental Medicine and works as an acupuncturist.  He is the owner of PoShens Healing Center.  Kim lives in Redmond and is married with three children, Christian, Natalia and Sofia.
