The goal of the coaches is to teach players the game of football including: fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, confidence, leadership and respect for themselves and their opponents. These values are expected not only from the players, but also from parents, families and spectators.
Practice Tips Be on time: Practice starts at 5:00, I recommend you arrive early . It’s a good time for the players to have some fun playing catch and getting to know each other.
Be hydrated: Proper hydration begins before practice. Make sure your player is well hydrated before practice begins. Every player should bring water to practice. I recommend/prefer a refillable container with the players’ name on it.
